ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE OF SOIP

According to the new Systematisation Act, which came into force on 20 July 2004, SOIP is made up of four departments comprising eight sections:

I.  PATENT AND TECHNOLOGY WATCH DEPARTMENT

 II. TRADEMARK, INDUSTRIAL DESIGN & APPELLATION OF ORIGIN DEPARTMENT

1. Trademark Section
2. Industrial Design, Appellation of Origin and Geographical Indication Section

 III. INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION & LEGAL DEPARTMENT

1. International Co-operation Section
2. Legal Section

 IV. ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT

1. Human Resources & Administrative Section
2. Publishing & Information Technology Section
