7-8 June 2004 Zagreb, Croatia Seminar AW7/OH: Trade Mark Filling-CTMOn the course of the inception phase, the CARDS offices have stressed the importance of rapidly increasing the awareness on trade mark issues among the regional interested IP circles according with the EU standards and particularly with the OHIM’s state of art practice. The aim of this workshop is to bring representative from each CARDS participating country to gather to discuss and exchange views on the methods, procedures, and practices that the OHIM undertakes to filling and registering trade marks.
