2 – 3 June 2005 - Sarajevo, BiH Seminar EF5/PU: Copyright Enforcement Practice
Seminar main objective was to develop and extend professional practice of courts in BiH in implementation of the new Copyright law. Topics covered, besides new law on Copyright and related Rights in BiH, provisional measures and civil penalties, anti-piracy activities, specific examples from the court practice in the region etc.
Co-organizers of the CARDS seminar “Copyright Enforcement Practice” are Centers for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of FBiH and RS and “SINE QUA NON”, Copyright Agency. Target groups for this seminar are Municipal courts’ judges, as well as judges of the Court of BiH and prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
The second similar workshop, as the part of the same project, will be held in Banja Luka in September this year.
