Seminar PU: III Co-operation Committee Meeting

Objective

Heads of CARDS IPO’s will get together with the EC, EPO and OHIM to exchange the views on current IP issues in the Balkan Region, and to discuss the next annual work plan which will cover period of 2nd semester 2004. Furthermore, it was an occasion for discussion about the role of national patent offices in creating WIPO conditions supporting the promotion of innovation and creativity.
This regard, the Hungarian Patent, and the Romanian State Office for Invention- OSIM are putted forward as the examples of the office’s management and particularly trademark’s management and planning.
