Seminar CB2/WIPO: Workshop on the identification and evaluation of intellectual property in small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurship, 3-4 November 2005 – Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro

In response to a request from the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the SME market, CARDS, WIPO and the Intellectual Property Office of Serbia and Montenegro organised this workshop whose main aim was to improve the IP skills of entrepreneurs and managers of SMEs in evaluating techniques, methodologies and limitations.

Experts from countries with a successful practice in IP evaluation, such as the United Kingdom, Denmark and especially Slovenia, exchanged their practical experiences with a view to improving the profitability of SMEs through direct exploitation, licensing, franchising and merchandising.
