AW4/EA: IP management and agricultural technology, 19-26 September 2005 – Strasbourg, France

This seminar was organised by the EPO’s European Patent Academy in co-operation with the European Institute for Enterprise & Intellectual Property (IEEPI), Strasbourg and dealt with managing intellectual assets and intellectual property.

The sources of IP documentation, technology transfer and the various tools for IP protection were presented.

The interrelationship between the CBD and patent protection was investigated. The importance of the various means of protecting IP for business development and topical issues were also addressed.
