Mr. Vukmir is going to address the implementation of the basic principles in the national legislation as well as practical enforcement issues.

Foreign expert -Civil lawyer will explain the meaning of the various international provisions. Good practices in EU countries will be put forward as examples.

Specialized Public Prosecutor will explain the specific issues involved in IPR issues.
Notably; assumption of innocence in IPR measures, notion of intend; witness statements – role of rights owners- , remedies, claims for damages. As well as more technical issues like how to evaluate the police report, prepare an indictment of charges, defend the case in Court …
