Seminar AW3/PU: Geographical IndicationsThe main objective of this seminar was to help agricultural and other manufacturers add value to their products. The seminar covered the EU framework for the protection of geographical indications relating to wines, spirits and other agricultural products. International experts from France and Italy discussed the requirements for GI registration and also international negotiations on geographical indications, etc. The seminar included a study visit for participants to the wine cellars of a number of Croatian wine producers.
